Elizabeth Brammer

LAMFT, MSMFT

I believe that therapy should be a safe place to feel heard, understood, and accepted. I know that even taking the first step to reach out for support can feel overwhelming, and I want to create a space where you can come as you are and feel comfortable being honest about what you are experiencing. I am passionate about helping clients begin to unpack past wounds, better understand themselves and their relationships, and move toward healing and growth at a pace that feels right for them.

I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and my background is in teaching. I especially enjoy working with teens, young adults, and young professionals from all walks of life and identities as they navigate the unique challenges that come with growing, changing, and figuring out who they are. I also enjoy working with couples and exploring the dynamics within their relationship. Through the lens of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I work to help couples better understand one another, strengthen their connection, and create healthier patterns within their relationship.

My hope is that therapy can be a place where you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, develop a new perspective on your experiences, and discover a greater sense of self-worth. I believe that healing does not always mean changing who we are, but learning to understand ourselves with greater compassion and recognizing that our past does not have to define our future. It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater peace, connection, and hope in their lives and relationships.
